Dear Parent
This is to inform you that the administration has decided to cordon off the vacant piece of land lying adjacent to the school.
As you know we were using it as an area of safety for the on boarding and offloading of children from buses.
From now on the children will get in and off directly on buses parked on the road on the left side as shown below in the map. Buses will come only from the market side.
Parents dropping children in their own vehicles will be required to come from the GMCH direction and park as indicated in the map, where school staff will be stationed to take the children into the school along the pavement.
Parents are requested to cooperate fully with the school staff in this matter. Parents may also explore the concept of car - pooling to minimize the traffic congestion that will inevitably result. The school has also requested police help.
Further adjustments if and when required will also be made.
Inconvenience caused is regretted.
