Greetings!
Please note as per the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court parents are required to pay transport charges for 11 months in a year.
It has been noticed that towards the end of the year some students of Class 10 want to opt out (on account of preparatory holidays/exams) of transport services.
Please understand that if a few students opt out of this service, the transporter is still obliged to operate the route. That is, he has to still bear the same expenses. This is patently unfair.
You are requested to co-operate with the transporter and pay till the end of the year.
